Quality Control and Inspection

Strict 100% Inspection at Every Stage is supported on this site through documented inspection and packaging information. The current archive shows C and Z purlin checks, color-coated coil measurement/inspection, roofing-sheet dimensional inspection and finished-product packaging checksation. No unsupported test result, tolerance, lab claim or certification scope is inferred.

Inspection

documented quality checkpoints

Quality-control information is kept separate from certificate scope and product performance claims.

Buyer questions

Quality questions

How is quality checked before shipment?

Quality information is organized by inspection stage and product family, including Material check, dimensional checks, color-coated coil inspection, purlin inspection and packaging checks where available project files support it.

Do the images prove exact tolerances or standards?

No. Images prove the inspection activity and context. Exact tolerances, standards and test results are displayed only when a product record or document explicitly supports them.
