What is a roofing sheet?
Prepainted corrugated roofing sheet is a finished profiled sheet for roofing applications, with a color-coated surface rather than the galvanized-only finish of the related roofing product. ASTM A755 is the standard reference associated with this item. The corrugated shape and painted finish should both be specified when matching the sheet to a roof design. Unlike PPGI coil, this inquiry concerns the roofing sheet profile and cut dimensions, not an unformed coil for downstream production. Buyers can provide the desired color reference, coating requirements, profile drawing and sheet schedule. Include thickness, width, lengths and the quantity required for each roof area so that different sizes are not combined into one total. Packing instructions and destination complete the quotation request. Any project-specific standard designation or inspection requirement should be included for confirmation with the requested sheet configuration.
